劉瓊,吳茵,劉新,張弘,宋佳,王頻,吳茗,唐群,佟瑞敏,王萍,翁國鈞,王美成,柴耿文祥（劉新 飾）奉父親之命來到尼姑庵溫課，在這里，他結(jié)識了名叫素碧（宋佳 飾）的小尼姑。兩人的相識始于一場誤會，之后，只要見到文祥，素碧必然會換上一副冰冷的面孔。某日，素碧不小心從梯子上摔了下來，文祥剛巧在下面接住了她，素碧的帽子掉了，一頭秀發(fā)赫然展現(xiàn)。原來，素碧并不 是全然的尼姑，因為無法生育，她慘遭丈夫的拋棄，因為可憐她的處境，尼姑庵的法師允許她在這里帶發(fā)修行。得知了素碧的身世，文祥頓生憐憫，惺惺相惜的兩人消除了隔閡，走到了一起。在幾番云雨之后，素碧懷孕了，她把這一切都告訴了前夫顏世雄。
