　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.

火之試煉

迷失太空

　　公元22世紀，因為人口過度膨脹、過度開發(fā)、環(huán)境極度惡化、食物也消耗殆盡。人類想要存活下去，就必須要到宇宙中去尋找新的可以棲身的星球。因此制造了一艘當時最先進的太空飛船，去考察發(fā)現(xiàn)的一顆可能適宜人類生存的星球。羅伯遜（威廉·赫特 William Hurt  飾）一家被選中擔負起了這次探索使命，他們將用10年的時間前往阿爾法星球?？墒牵@次擔負起全人類命運的任務卻有反對的聲音，部分邪惡勢力妄圖阻止這次任務。所以，當羅伯遜一家駕駛太空船剛進入太空的預定軌道時，反對派史密斯博士暗中進行破壞，導致飛船脫離的正常的軌道迫降到了一顆不知名的星球上。飛船上邪惡勢力的阻撓，不知名星球上的種種危機，如何才能重新設定新的航線……各種問題困惑著羅伯遜一家，他們真的就此迷失太空，無法到達目的地了嗎？人類的命運將何去何從？
