 韓國首爾某個(gè)平凡的早上，廣播電臺Daily Topic節(jié)目的主持人尹英華（河正宇 飾）正就稅率改革與聽眾進(jìn)行連線，這時(shí)一個(gè)自稱住在首爾昌信洞的普通工人樸魯圭打入電話，大肆抱怨超高的電費(fèi)和相關(guān)部門對他的威脅。尹英華頗不耐煩，以偏離主題為由強(qiáng)行切斷電話。誰知連線無法單方面由電臺方面中斷，憤怒的樸魯圭繼續(xù)抱怨，并揚(yáng)言炸掉漢江大橋。尹英華不以為然，進(jìn)而慫恿對方想做就做，誰知話音剛落，窗外的麻浦大橋便炸作廢墟。大驚失色的尹英華很快冷靜下來，他決定利用這次難得的機(jī)會(huì)打一次事業(yè)的翻身仗。在他的主持下，針對恐怖分子的連線直播就此展開，無關(guān)良知的節(jié)目拉開帷幕……
