前奧運田徑候補選手金田武藏，來到大嫂擔任理事長的月見大學擔任女子田徑隊的教練。每天和一群穿著運動小短褲的女大生相處，對還是處男的他來說簡直是一大挑戰(zhàn)。金田認真地指導隊員，教導田徑比賽的相關知識，但他過於老派的方式也讓部分隊員心生不滿。隊中的強將遠野因為胸部發(fā)育過好撐壞了制服，這個意外讓她在比賽中沒能發(fā)揮應有的實力。金田修正自己的指導方式，以新的方法教導隊員，沒想到卻在與競爭隊伍的練習賽中慘敗…。
