 Mata follows the story of a French secret agent who is wounded during a covert mission in Niger. During this operation, her colleague Antoine is captured, leaving her both physically and emotionally scarred. Upon her return to France, Mata volunteers for a counter-espionage mission in the Alps. She suspects that this new assignment is somehow linked to her traumatic experience in Africa. As she delves deeper into the mission, Mata becomes increasingly convinced that her superiors are concealing critical information from her. Determined to uncover the truth, she operates outside official channels, risking her career and her personal safety.

 Hamish arrives on the soil of his mother’s birth; she is felt instantly. A shocking car accident rips him apart, shattering his clenched control. A beast broken, he finds himself lost in the world of his long deceased mother. Young teen Evan, also involved in the accident befriends Hamish.The tremors of want and love beneath the stifling soil push to the surface, as he is led by the vitality of the unbridled boy Evan. He experiences the electric eroticism of living, and danger. His rage accelerates to violence, and ultimately his vibrant release.

　　這部災難影片背景以現代日本為中心，主要描寫東京突然被一股莫名的濃霧所籠罩，整個都會好像一下子消失了似的，各地政府及科研人員因此極為震驚，急忙組織起來研究對策。但是人們卻無法穿越濃霧進入東京首都圈。這場濃霧形成了一個無法穿越的電磁屏障。而圈外的科學家們則在受損嚴重的軍用偵察機上得到靈感，利用即將到來的臺風和雷暴雨，加上人工大功率電磁干擾機，終于化解了這場戲劇般的非自然危機。　　這原本該是一個不錯的富有戲劇張力的構思，但拍出來的片子卻教人不敢叫好，劇中女記者的角色刻劃不具感染力，而她和男記者之間時好時壞的關系描寫也讓人感覺莫名其妙，確是讓觀眾感覺象一場霧。

 4個單身青年被邀請到孤島之上開始畢業旅行，上島之后卻不料被當做“獵狼”俱樂部成員的“獵捕”對象，一次驚險的逃亡與反抗之旅在獵物與獵人之間悄然展開。
